A smooth traveller, cantered into the lead at this track before being reeled in by a rapidly progressive 3 year old. That was over the mile trip, which he races keenly at so the drop back in trip and a better, faster run race promises to suit admirably. He has a lovely stalking draw in stall 4 and my picture of this race is that he sits chasing the pace travelling strongly before picking it up late in the piece.

BLUELIGHT BAY – 3/4 Pt EW @ 11/1 3 places Bet365, 8/1 3 places generally
Tipped LTO when we had the 1,2 at Sandown, 1 mile on good to firm ground at a stiff track is the ideal set up for this improving horse. Hopefully there is a decent pace for him to chase in this 7 runner affair, but at the price getting 3 places, well worth chancing.
