This consistent 6 year old son of Aiken looks sure to go well in this conditional jockey’s race at a track he has shown a distinct liking for. He found 3 miles a trip just too far LTO here, only giving best on the run in. His previous win over 2m 3f reads very well in the context of this race as the horse he beat, Ed Keeper, is a very well handicapped individual and indeed showcased that at Newbury next time out, bolting up competitive handicap. The 3rd horse that day goes off favourite for the 2mile handicap on this card so has potential also. The jockey knows him well having been on him for that win, his front running style suits well at this course so from the foot of the weights, he looks still nicely treated and can go well.
