Afternoon folks
I have been waiting on the books all afternoon to price up the decent Lingfield action but nearly all have been slow to do so. I found the races very tough to read and competitive with fine margins between a lot of the form lines meaning luck and run of the race will play a massive part but I have found some horses I like and they are as below. I will be back throughout the day tomorrow for Saturday’s action.
15:00 Lingfield
MOTAWAHIJ– 1 Pt EW @ 15/2 Will Hill boost 4 places, 7/1 4 places generally
Looks very, very well handicapped off this mark based off of his 2 year old form and has taken to the all weather in fine fashion. This fast 6 furlongs should suit this strong, smooth traveller and with lots of pace likely on, should get a lovely pitch behind which I want then quicken up nicely. The yard are in cracking form, have a good record here and although I always prefer the winning jockey to retain the ride, I like this up and coming jockey so with the 4 places on offer, rates a good bet IMO.

YOUTHFUL KING– 1/2 Pt EW @ 28/1 Will Hill 4 places, 25/1 4 places generally
Although back from a break, I will chance this old boy as he ALWAYS tends to run well here, doing us a few turns previously and big odds and gets on with the trainers 7lb claiming son well. No doubt he will be held up as is the norm but if fit enough should finish with his customary late rattle so again, with the 4 place on offer, at big odds he will reward us nicely if he hits the places and on a good day could hit the bullseye.
