A Further Selection for Thursday

Good Afternoon folks

A further selection for Newmarket Day 1 is below. Nothing more to come, back tomorrow from noon onwards with any Friday selections.

17:18 Newmarket

JUST TYPICAL 1.25 Point Win @ 4/1 Lads boost, 7/2 generally(drifting so maybe wait/get bigger)

A progressive 4 year old, fairly bolted up LTO off the back of an excellent run over this trip on the July course, running on strongly into 2nd after the jockey removed the hood very late losing many lengths at the gates. I like that Billy Loughnane gets back in the saddle as he is 2 wins & a close 3rd in three rides aboard the gelded son of Territories (who sired last years winner of this!) and indeed has a cracking record in 1 mile handicap’s for this yard. Since early March this year, they have teamed up 9 times, notching up 4 winners, 5 placers! Up just 5lb (was raised 7lb so officially 2lb well in) here after that impressive last time romp, this Class 5 event shouldn’t take a lot winning unless there is a 3 year old hidden (couldn’t spot it tbh) so should go very close.
