A Further Selection for Saturday

Good morning folks

There are a lot of tough, tough looking sprints tomorrow (draw is massive (unknown) and they are not handicaps) so I may not have that many for us but we’ll see. One I do like in the competitive 1mile 3 year old handicap at Haydock is below More to follow later

13:50 Haydock

DIXIELAND BLUES 3/4 Point Each Way @ 9/1 Hills/Ladbrokes boosts 4 places, 17/2 Hills, 8/1 4 places generally

A prominent racer, this son of Invincible Spirit should go well for his in form yard. Although yet to tackle the turf (that’s the only concern) he’s a half-brother to a couple of smart sorts, one a dual Group 2 winner over this trip of 1 mile so is bred to relish it. Well drawn in stall in stall 3, the trainer/jockey have a cracking record and the Crisfords are mustard with there 1st time handicappers like this fellow so I thought he was well worth chancing in an open race.
