A good day, Recuerdame won nicely and I thought Fugitif was going to lay it down to the youngsters but he blew up I think and needed it. Moved nicely and still only 8 I thing he can win a big handicap for us this year.
I have had a look at the big handicap hurdle tomorrow and one I like at a price is as below. Maybe more to follow will update either way.

SONIGINO – 1/2 Pt EW 16/1 5 places generally
A smooth traveller, ran a cracker LTO under a welter burden when beaten by our big winner Pyramid Place at Chepstow. The soft ground at this trip should play to his strengths and although he did blow out i this race last year, the ground was quicker than he likes IMO. He has changed ownership to Sir Alex Ferguson, who had a massive winner in the week in Bahrain, so at the price I thought a value play in a very tough race.
