Weekly Update

Afternoon folks

A tough weekend, but no damage done on the points front in reality so on we go.

Raatea placed and ran a good race given the whole card was dominated by front runners and he is one who will pay us back this winter no doubt.

Percussion ran well and looked like he would win at one stage, maybe one for the big race itself and Hermes Boy placed, running on well after being held up which costs us a lot of the times given how many races are won from the front.

Bold Plan was yet to be asked for his effort before unluckily falling and I knew the Cheltenham race was the key when he beat Romeo Brown easily and at 50/1, I may have gone with him had he been that early Friday?

The week ahead is the usual stuff but Cheltenham is Friday/Saturday this week so I will be back, like the past few weeks, on Thursday with any selections for the 1st day on Friday.
